The Progression Sessions Model
We are lucky enough to have a constant stream of incredibly talented young people joining our programmes, many of whom go on to become paid mentors. This model ensures that our developing musicians learn from and are supported by a pool of people that are diverse in age, background and experience level. Our mentors gain valuable work experience, as well as studio time for their own projects and remuneration at above the London living wage.
Our Staff
The tutors involved with our programme are DBS checked professional musicians and trained educators. All experts in their musical fields, we ensure they have a detailed understanding of how to work sympathetically with students from all backgrounds and of all abilities. All our workshops include pastoral care managed by one of our founders.
Our Mentors
All of the mentors on our programmes are former participants. They are the best placed persons to help an aspiring young artist because they were one too. Many of our former mentors have gone on to further their careers at University or working in the industry. We are always looking for local talented mentors, if you would like to join the team get in touch!
